This washed-process Kenyan coffee is produced by the Karithathi Farmers Cooperative. Grown at a high altitude of 1,650 meters above sea level, the region's warm days and cool nights help develop sweet, dense cherries. It boasts syrupy and juicy notes reminiscent of treacle walnuts alongside fragrant fresh figs. A citrus-like acidity balances the jammy sweetness. We like this best as a pour-over, drip or AeroPress - a soon to be versatile favorite.
