Notes of brown sugar and light chocolate nougat give way to a zippy pecan-pie sweetness, followed by pear, melon, and soft citrus, with lemongrass-like acidity, a subtle floral lift, and a lingering, savory-sweet finish that stays clean and composed. Grown at 1,500 meters on the Fernandez family’s El Ciprés farm in Honduras and planted entirely in Parainema for its resilience and cup quality, this coffee reflects careful cultivation and thoughtful farming.
